Jerry Combs filed to run for County Sheriff at the Madison County Court House last Thursday morning. Pictured with him are Jim Cox, Mike Coyle, Joe Alexander, Doc Cochran, Dude Cochran, Ron Devere, Larry Todd, Jim Durham, and Tracy Lynn Combs.Jerry was a well-respected law enforcement officer with the Berea Police Department for 31 years. He served 8 years in drug enforcement and has 2,236 hours of law enforcement training at Eastern Kentucky University.
Jerry: "I think Madison Countians deserve a true public servant. I want to be a Sheriff that people know they can talk to; someone who’ll take their concerns seriously and treat them with respect."
